It’s honestly hard to summarize working on what would become PC Express. From the blistering growth and non-stop scaling to dogfooding the customer and employee experience to working with some of the most brilliant minds in ecommerce who were willing to try just about anything. I’ve never had an experience like it since and I don’t think I ever will again, but here is an attempt to scratch the surface of what I made and learned.
